Patch Kit
Bourn Adventure Gear patches have been rocking vehicle headliners for years! More specifically, Toyota headliners as most of them are made from a fuzzier (technical term) material which is more accommodating to our style of patches which have a velcro (hook side) backing. Unfortunately, not all headliners are created equal. Because of this, some people are unable to live that patch life (sad face).
That was until now. With the Bourn Adventure Gear Patch Kit, you can show off your adventures by mounting our loop side backings to your headliner and placing your favorite Bourn Adventure Gear patches on it. These Patch Kits also work well with military, law enforcement, or other similar style patches (to include other patch manufactures) as long as said patches have hook side backing attached to them.
Our loop side backing stays in place using t-pins, which are provided in the kit along with the backing. Each kit comes with one loop side backing and two-four t-pins (quantity depends on backing size) and is designed to work with one patch. Our Patch Kits will work on most soft and/or fabric style vehicle headliners. To see an example of installation, please watch the video below.

These kits are not cut to shape for patches, but are generic in design and will work with most patch shapes. Typically there will be portions of the patch that are not attached to our loop side backing, but there will be enough contact to keep the patch in place, even with a strong breeze moving throughout the inside of the vehicle when the windows are down.
